Nonna's Pizzeria: Authentic Italian Pizza & Sandwiches in Racine, WI

I’ve gotten Nonnas twice before. The first time the pizza wasn’t crispy at all and it was kind of disappointing, however the second time was much better. The sauce is awesome and crust is good when it’s crispy. Paid about $16.50 for a Large with one topping. They charge about $1 more if you pay with a card.

My wife and I were in Racine for a few days and this was our last night. Stopped by here tonight because I was craving a calzone. When they handed it to me, I thought there was a lot of weight to it. I got home and couldn't believe the size of this beast! It was at least 2x, if not 2.5x the size of any other calzone I've ever had. I had ham, bacon and mushrooms. The mushrooms were real meaty. The calzone was delicious! Didn't even need the dipping sauce as they add quite a bit of sauce inside the calzone. Wish we lived here so I could get this calzone again and again. Kudos to the cook! Highly recommend. See the pics. I don't have Trump hands. I have man hands.

My wife is currently breast feeding our first born, and has not been able to eat dairy for some time. The girls at the front desk answered all my questions over the phone, and my wife was able to eat pizza for the first time in almost 4 months! She is super happy. Thank you for the alternative options! We are local and order here all the time, pizza is always cooked perfectly and the toppings are always high quality. Never had an issue with timing or service either. Highly recommend

I chose to go to dinner here for the handicap accessibility. It didn’t disappoint. We were able to enjoy a quick drink in the bar before we sat for dinner. We didn’t have reservations, they were busy, had to only wait about 10 minutes. The bartender was knowledgeable and made a wonderful Sugar Cookie Martini that I highly recommend. We had a Cheese/Sausage/Mushroom/Onion pizza that was good. Nothing too spectacular about it. The restaurant staff was very friendly greeting us as we came in and left with a smile. Will return

Finally, amazing pizza on the North Side vs Derangos! Wells famous cracker crust... Great staff too! Check them out next to Danny's.

Went to Nonna Wells Pizzeria for the first time and will definitely be back. Had a 16” cheese, sausage, pepperoni and onion pizza. The pizza was thin and crispy and had a really good flavor. Our waitress was super friendly! Took 2 pieces of cheesecake home, (peanut butter cup and raspberry swirl) both were ok but nothing I would get again. However, they do have quite a few dessert options including cakes.

3/7/26 update!!! Yeah so I've been back here a couple times and the service here is always excellent and friendly some of the best ive experienceed. This was my first visit to Nonna's Pizzeria and it definitely was worth it. The menu here is huge.The service here is very friendly and make you feel welcomed.They are very friendly here and treat customers well. I had the Calzone and it was huge. The thing was filled very well with pepperoni sausage and chicken.The sauce tasted great also.The price was great for so much.I definitely would love to try more of the menu on a return visit.

We had dinner before the July 3 Fireworks in town. They were extremely busy, but accommodated our group of 5 adults and 3 kids in the banquet room. Even though they were crazy busy our server was attentive and the pizza and pasta were both outstanding. We will be back.
